Can you tell me once I have created a v-look up formula, like in country name and oter details. How can I create a drop down button in country field so I can just choose the country rather then typing it.
RE: Excel
Hello Atif
Thank you for your question.
You can create a dropdown list using data validation (from the Data tab). Choose to create a list, then type your list entries into the box below, e.g. UK, France, Germany
Kind regards
Amanda
RE: Excel
Thank you for your reply. I can see data validation under data tab, but can not see create a list option, can you help please?
RE: Excel
If you click the Data Validation button, select Data Validation again (if required) then on the Settings tab, select List from the dropdown arrow under Allow.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards
Amanda
