Welcome to the forum and 12 months support.
If you're talking about changing say Alt+F to Ctrl+z to open the file menu then no, it's not possible. But if you wanted to create a shortcut that will say copy a cell or series of cells paste them in another location of a worksheet and create a total then whaqt you are looking to do is create a macro. Just click on Help and do an index search for Macro. Excel will provide very clear step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
