I need more help around the use of tables in Excel

Could you clarify what exactly you are trying to achieve with your tables, in particular;-
1. Are you referring to data tables for sensitivity analysis, or just lists contained in a contiguous range of cells
2. If the later what do you need help with, filtering, sorting or lookups?
