Excel linkage to html?
Can excel lists or values be linked to a html webpage?
RE: Excel linkage to html?
Dear Simon
Thank you for attending Excel Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
I would like to clarify your query! Do you want to know how to publish the excel values that you have in a spreadsheet on to the internet?
You may have covered Save as webpage which allows you to save your existing spreadsheet as a webpage which you can then publish on the website. You can also add Interactivity that can allow the user to perform simple features such as Sort, filter and some formatting features.
Please refer to the following Microsoft link to get more understanding of this feature:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HP052561501033.aspx
This is another link that will be able to provide you a bit more information about Save as Webpage feature:
http://www.customguide.com/pdf/tutorials/excel-2003/excel-2003-webpage.pdf
I hope this has answered your query.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!
Kindest Regards
