If you don't have the email though you can access the the reference materials by logging on as a delegate. On our home page click the Delegate link (top right corner) or go directly to

If you don't have your password follow the link to have a reminder sent to you.

Once you have logged in click on the tab Your history/courseware. There you will find the downloadable reference material.
