For an example in the customer Id feild how can we see multiple customers IDs?
RE: Multiple parameters on the same feild
Dear Ruchira
Thank you for attending Access Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
I am not very clear about your query. Do you mean that when we click on the drop down of a Cust ID field in Table how can we manage to see other cust ID?
If that is what you are asking for then the way you can do this is by setting the Data Type of the Cust ID field to Lookup Wizard and then choosing the field from one of the steps.
This is normally covered in our Intermediate course. Please remember that if you have relationship between tables then you have to delete the relationship before setting the data type as Lookup Wizard. If you need me to take you through the look up wizard step by step please let me know and I should be able to do that!!
I hope this has answered your query.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!
Kindest Regards
