Filtering data
If you have a data set and then filter numerical data in ascending/descending order, how can you return to the original order the data was manually entered in to the spreadsheet in the first instance? Hope you follow this! Just had an issue with this at work yesterday. thanks.

Thank you for your question
Unfortunately excel doesnt store the original order after a save, you would need to still be able to select undo which you cant do after a save. I would recommend always taking a copy of the worksheet you are working on and using that to format until you are happy its exactly as you want. That way you can convert back to the original if you need to.

Excel tip:Hiding and unhiding rows using the keyboardCTRL + 9 hides your columns and CTRL + SHIFT + ( unhides them although you would need to highlight the row letters either side as per normal |
