Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
There are preset table autoformats in Excel that can be quickly applied to data.
To apply an autoformat, select the cells you wish to apply formatting to, then go to Format - AutoFormat. Select an AutoFormat to apply, and click OK.
Otherwise you can select cells and apply your own formatting using borders, shading, fonts, font sizes, alignment etc.
