I wanted to know if there is a good book on Financial Modelling in Excel 2007.

If you want to get serious with Excel formulas, the must have book is:
John Walkenbach: "Excel 2003/2007 Formulas".
There's a chapter on the financial functions (PMT, etc), also chapters on array formulas, etc.
