What is the difference between a form and a atable?
RE: Access
Dear Parveen
Thank you for attending Access Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
Table is the data that is arranged in rows and columns (as a Grid)
Forms are user friendly way of inputting or viewing the records which may be in your existing tables.
Simply put forms are a friendlier way of looking and entering data in your tables.
Normally you would create a table from scratch and then for others to input data in more user-friendly way you would create a form based on that table.
I hope this has answered your query.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!
Kindest Regards
