Progress Line
I would like to use this to show tasks that are ahead and behind only - how do I do this
RE: Progress Line
On the Tools menu, point to Tracking, and then click Progress Lines.
Click the Dates and Intervals tab.
To always display the current progress line, select the Always display current progress line check box, and then click At project status date or At current date to indicate where you want the progress line drawn.
then go to
On the Tools menu, point to Options and select the Calculation tab and tick
Edits to total actual cost will be spread to the status date

MS Project tip:Typing Links Between TasksIn the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between. |
