Thanks for the post - sorry for our delay in replying
there are a couple of ways to copy formulas first way
click the cell you want to copy - go to the bottom righthand corner of that cell and click and drag the cell NB: make sure your pointer is a little black cross before you click and drag
the other way is copy and paste special the cell from the edit menu - click formula's then click OK
This will allow you to copy formula's

So, in order to view sections of data, you can use the filter tool.
