Thanks for your question. Projects can be linked in a number of ways. One approach is to create a new blank project then from the insert menu choose to insert a proect and then browse to find the first project you would like to connect.
Choose insert again and choose the second file to connect. In your temporary project you should now see two lines (summary tasks). Clicking on the the minus icon beside each row will display the details of each project. It's possible then to drag and link between individual tasks and join the projects together.
