MS Project
Can you show a full view of the gantt chart for a project covering 3 years with only one years activities highlighted?
RE: MS Project
Hi Penny
One way to achieve this is to could be to apply a date range filter. From the Project menu choose Project > Filtered for > Date Range. Specify the beginning of the range of dates followed by the end of the range. Project will filter the view to show only those tasks that meet your criteria.
Lastly you may wish to zoom your project to show all the bars on one screen. From the View menu choose Zoom then select Entire Project.
I hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
