If I send a 2007 excel version to a receipient with 2003 will they be able to view my document?

Hi Peter

Not directly. They will need to download an add-in from Microsoft that allows Excel 2003 to open 2007 documents.

Alternatively save the document in 2000-2003 format before sending it to them.

Excel tip:

Create a unique items table from a duplicating table

1. Ensure that your list has column headings
2. Select the entire list
3. From the menu bar, select DATA, FILTER, ADVANCED FILTER
4. Select "Filter the list, in place", and tick the "Unique Records Only" box
5. Click OK, filtered list appears.
