Is it possible to transfer macros from one workbook to another, if they have not been saved in the personal macro workbook?

Thanks for the post - sorry for not getting back to you before
There is a way of using a macro from another workbook, what you will need to do is open the workbook that the macro is in - then go into the macro by macro view or, ALT F8 then click edit
Then copy the data from there to the other file in the same place
