Filtering out Pivot Table Items that use an OLAP connection usin

Hello,

I currently am creating a report that lists countries and their performance over monthly periods.

One of the report filters I have put in is 'Affiliate ID', which is a customer tag that I need to filter out.

However, there are thousands of Affiliate IDs, and I need to filter that list down to 8800, which is far too hard to do manually.

I use a data connection to obtain my data, using an OLAP connection, and I was wondering how I could link a list of affiliate IDs I have in a separate sheet to the larger list in the report filters to just include those I need in VBA?

Thank you very much!

Excel tip:

How to apply the same formatting and data to multiple sheets at the same time in Excel 2010

When you want to format more than one sheet in a worksheet exactly the same way, Ctrl-click the tabs of the sheets you want to group together and they will all turn white. While they are grouped, anything you enter in one sheet gets entered into the others.

After you have done this, remember to click on the tabs to take them out of the group so that you do not accidentally insert data in multiple sheets when you just want to insert data in one.
