Is it possible to print to worksheets on 1 page?
RE: Formatting worksheets
Hi Justine
Thank you for your question, and welcome to the forum.
I hope you enjoyed yesterday's training.
There are a few things you can try to get a single worksheet printing on one page:
- Try adjusting scaling (go to the Office button, Print, Print Preview then click the Page Setup button and change scaling on the Page tab)
- Try adjusting margins (go into Print Preview, then tick Show Margins to adjust margins manually; or click Page Setup and go to Margin tab to adjust using dialogue box).
- If your spreadsheet is spread across more columns than rows, changing page orientation to Landscape helps as well (go to Page Layout - Orientation).
I hope this helps.
Amanda

Excel tip:Create a hyperlink navigation sheetIn large files, it is often useful to have a front sheet with hyperlinks to the key databases and summary calculations in your spreadsheet. Hyperlinks can save you and (more importantly) those less familiar with your spreadsheet a great deal of pointless scrolling between and within sheets. |
