Thank you for your question.
There are two methods to create charts.
1. Select the data on the spreadsheet you want to chart and press F11(function key). A new sheet will appear with your Bar Chart. Then use the Chart menu and the chart toolbar to edit the chart.
2. Use the Insert Chart command and a the Chart Wizard will begin:
i. Select the chart type
ii. With the mouse select the data that you want to chart
iii. Add any Titles for the chart or axis
iv. The final step is to tell excel where to place the chart.
Then use the Chart menu and the chart toolbar to edit the chart.
