Hi Shirley,

Thank you for your question.

Open the file you want to use for your pivot table and go to Data, Pivot Table...

The next step is to select Pivot Table and Excel list. Then select all the cells as the range of cells you want to analyse.

Save the Pivot Table on a new worksheet and then click Layout. In the Layout screen, you choose the row and column headings you want and where the two intersect you choose a data field.

Then click Ok and finish.
