how can i make red(critical) bars not critical,i done 3 phases the same and project made the last one red(critical)

Hi Mark

Project calculates the critical tasks in your project as those that influence the end date of your plan and have no slack or float (that is a change in critical tasks will directly change your end date)

If you'd rather not see the critical path you can work in the Gantt View. By default the critical path is displayed in the Tracking Gantt view.

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
