Hi Nick

Sorry for not getting back sooner

Here is a couple of quick formulas for you to use

to add a column of figure up nice and easy eg. =sum(b2:b15)
this will add up from cell b2 to b15 you can also do average formulas all you do is replace sum with average

Excel tip:

Find cells that match a format

In Excel you may wish to find cells that contain a specific formatting such s colour.

Select Edit > Find, click on Options and then Format...choose the formatting that you want found and click on OK

Choose one of the Find buttons to find.
