Thanks for the post, sorry i have not got back to you before now
The first thing to do if you have an error is trace back the error to find out where the problem is, using the auditing area of the formulas ribbon - then by trace precedents and dependants you will be able to pin point the problem and then hopefully fix it but it will depend on the error itself - if you have an error you would like me to look at please reply or attach it to this post
