MS Project
Hi there,
why my Gantt chart changes its layout when i swap to a different view?
Example: i am working on my project and i am viewing the Gantt chart. I now click on Resorces view and when i go back to my Gantt chart its layout has changed. I would like to be able to keep the same layout whenever i change view and then go back to the Gantt chart. Is this possible?
thanks
Luca
RE: MS Project
Hi Luca
Thank you for your question. Each view in Project retains its own formatting settings so within the software it's not possible to enforce a consistent display between views. One workaround may be to record a macro that formats the view to your preferred layout. You can then run this macro whenever you want to force a view to revert to your standard layout.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
