How does Calender re-set to exclude weekends?

Hi Tony

Thanks for your question. Can you tell me more about the exclusion you are looking to create? From the tools menu you can choose Change Working Time and control whether weekends are set to working or non-working time. To choose every Saturday and Sunday in your calendar click on the column headings (S) then set to non-default working time if you expect work to take place on these days.

MS Project tip:

Typing Links Between Tasks

In the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between.
