How should i generate a new project plan from a similar project i have already completed
RE: Microsoft Project
Hi Andrew
This can be done very quickly. From the file menu choose new. In the task pane that appears click on From exisiting project and browse to find the file you would like to replicate. Choose it and click on OK and Project will create a fresh version of the file leaving the original untouched as if it were a template.
I hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:Inserting Task Durations QuicklyWhen entering durations for your tasks simply use the single letters - m for min, h for hr, d for day, w for week, but mon for month. If default is set for days, you need only type the number, for example 3 for 3days, or 0.5 for half a day. |
