How to add logos and addresses etc and use it for all documents without anyone being able to change or modify it.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum.

You can enter the address and the logo you want to use onto a spreadsheet. To insert the logo, use Insert - Picture - From file and insert the image file onto the spreadsheet.

You can then use partial protection to protect the parts of the spreadsheet that you don't want people to alter/change, and then save the spreadsheet as a template.
