Thank you for attending Excel 2007 courses. I hope you enjoyed the courses and benefited from it.
In Excel 2007 there is a new view called Page Layout. This view is very similar to your MS word page Layout view. The purpose of this view is to view your spreadsheet as they would appear on the printouts. So instead of switching from Print Preview and normal view you can easily view what will be printed on what page. To access the Page Layout View simply choose View tab on the Ribbon and then choose Page Layout.
