Thank you for your question regarding CSS Templates
In DreamWeaver, there are several CSS templates available for you to start your page designs with.
To access these, click on FILE > NEW, and then choose CSS Style sheets, or Page Designs (CSS).
this will start you off with a prebuilt CSS sheet, that you can then edit as you require.
