Thank you for your question. Yes, there are keyboard shortcuts for those things you have mentioned but they do not work all the time.
Ctrl + F10 - Maximise/Restore
Ctrl + F9 - Minimise
Crtl + F8 - Resize Window
Ctrl + F5 - Restore window size.
