How do I break a link in a workbook with another workbook?

RE: Links

Hi Emma

How are you doing, thanks for your post

When you have a formula that links 2 workbooks together, and now you want to break the link between them all you do is select the cell that has the linked formula in and then go to the edit menu and click links. When the window opens you will see the break link button on the right of the window just click that

That will do the trick

Excel tip:

Deleting a range of cells using the autofill handle

Firstly, select the range of cells for which you would like to clear the contents. Then drag the autofill handle to the the top left corner of the selection whilst holding down the shift key. Your selected contents should then be deleted.
