How do i use Goel Seek and Scenario options?

Thank you for your question

Goal seek is a tool that allows you to alter the value of a result cell in a formula to a specific value, by manipulating one of the input cells.

Click on Tools-Goal Seek
Enter the cell to be changed, the value it is to be changed to, and the cell to be manipluated and click OK

The scenario manager is a tools for creating multiple scenarios in a single workbook. To use click on Tools-Scenarios and then click Add to add a new scenarion
Enter the scenario's name
Identify the cells to be changed
Then click OK
You can then enter the new cell values

Then repeat the above for each new scenario

Recently used file list

Under the File menu, you may find a list of files at the bottom of the menu. These files represent the most recently used Excel spreadsheets. This file list provides a quick way for you to access your files.

You can disable the file list feature of Excel. This is done by

1. Choose Tools > Options menu. You will see the Options dialog box.
2. Ensure the General tab is selected.
3. Make sure the Recently Used File List check box is cleared.
4. Click on OK.
