How do you link resources accross multiple projects to check for conflicts?
RE: Project
Hi Bill
This is created using a resource pool which is a central project file containing a list of your resources. To share these resources with a project file open both the resource pool then switch to the project and from tools > resource sharing > share resources connect to the pool. You can now assign central resources as if they were part of the project file.
The resource pool keeps track of availability and over allocation.
Hope this is helpful - let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
