How do we create a WBS from the Gantt chart?

Hi Daniele
Thank you for your question. A straightforward work breakdown structure is created automatically. You can display the result of this by going to Tools > Options > View and choosing "show outline numbers"
If you have Visio on your machine you might also like to try the following: In Project from the view menu choose > toolbars > analysis. On the toolbar that appears you will find a Visio WBS chart wizard button. Click it to launch Visio which then imports data and visualises the WBS from project as a chart in Visio.
