Hi Shamsie,
Thank you for the post and welcome to the forum;
In answer to your question: Follow these steps;
1. Select the cells containing the formulas that you wish to adjust
2. Copy the contents (CTRL+C)
3. Go To Menu command Edit and choose Paste Special
4. Choose Option Values and click OK
That should do it for you..
