Exporting data

is there any way of exporting the gantt chart into any other applications?

RE: exporting data

Hi Nick,

Thank you for your question.

If you manipulate the split pane between the task sheet and gantt chart to hide the Task Sheet to show as much of the Gantt chart as possible.

You can use the keyboard button PrintScreen and go into another application and then Paste it in.

Alternatively, you can use Copy Picture (Camera icon on the shortcut toolbar) and save it as a gif. Then insert the gif into another application.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Ever feel lost on a large project file? In Gantt view, Task ribbon, Editing, click on the Scroll to Task tool to centre the task bar on your screen.

Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F5

Same as Go to Selected Task in MS Project 2003.
