Is there a way to customise reports so it uses the same colour scheme used in my company's logo?

At the moment, I can only use Bold, Casual, Corporate, etc. throught the AutoFormat function.

RE: Reports

Hello M,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Access course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding Customising colour schemes in Access

Probabl the best way of doing this is to change the background colour and the line and text colour manually, as you would with any other microsoft application. Simply click on the areas you want to format, and use the toolbar shortcuts or the Properties menu to edit the colours.

You might be able to find some programs that can assist with the colour changes.
Take a loko at :

There is some great addons there for you.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.

Access tip:

Splittng a database

Split your database into two (at least).

Keep all of your code, forms, reports, etc. in one 'code' database and all of your tables in another 'data' database which is then linked to the 'code' database.

This makes modifications, updates and back-ups that much easier and allows you to work on a new version of your 'code' database without affecting existing users. It also makes it easier should you wish to convert a single user databases into a multi-user networked version.
