under a query, where you have a *IT* can you query benefit as a query. e.g Benefit IT Office

Sammie who was in the same training has also asked teh same question. Therefore I am copying and pasting the response.

I am not sure it this is the definite answer but you can try this and I am confident that it will work

In the Job Title field in the Design View of the Query type the following:

* IT (Please note that there is a space between * and IT)
IT *
* IT * (Please note that there is space before and after IT)

This should be entered in the same line on the Job Title field.

Access tip:

Design View in Relationship window

Your in the Relationship window and changes are required to be made to a Table's design.

Rather than exiting the Relationship window, if you perform a right-mouse click on the table, it opens that table up in Design view
