Can you have 2 bits of the same information repeated throughout the tables?

Hello again! Thankyou for that however the example is If you have 1 table with say name, address,tel number, company if it is repeated anywhere else in another table it should be assigned a number or foreign key??rather than having the same info repeated elsewhere?

this is what comes up when try and open the database I have createdd
!Warning...Unsafe expressions are not blocked..
If I say yes open anyway it wont let me open the database...
