Thank you for your question, and I hope you are enjoying your third day of Excel training!

I've attached an example which shows the current date using the today function, and then a list of dates, and the number of days between the current date and the date in column A which is calculated using a formula.

If you sort the list, you should find that the formulas still work ok.
