How can i easily sumrise huge number of data other than using pivot table?
RE: Sumrizing Data
Hi Asayehegn, Thank you for your question.
There are three main methods of summarising data not using Pivot Tables, and these are;
Subtotaling
Outlining
Consolidation
These options are covered in our Excel Courses Intermediate and Advanced, and are all quite in depth, perhaps if you wish to look at these methods then you could come back and we can give a much more focused attention to your needs.
regards Pete

Excel tip:Activating the formula bar with the keyboard in Excel 2010The formula bar in Excel 2010 contains a number of different formulas. However, it is time consuming to open the formula bar every time and insert the formula using the mouse. Instead, you can activate the formula bar with the keyboard. Simply press the F2 button on the keyboard then the information in the cell will expand allowing you to edit the information in the cell. |
