Pie charts can be updated in a number of ways
To alter the data that the chart is graphing, simply change the figures in the relevant cells. If the new data is in a different range, right click on the chart area of the graph, select "source" and then enter the new range
You can alter the formats of different parts of the chart simply by right clicking on the area, choosing the format command and then changing the colour and other properties

So, in order to view sections of data, you can use the filter tool. Select the cells you want to filter (no need to select the column headers), then click the Home tab on the Ribbon, click Sort and Filter (you will find this in the Editing Section) then click Filter. |
