How do I do an if function?

RE: EXCEL

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for your question.

If you select the cell where the function is to be placed and go to the Insert Menu and then choose Function. Type 'IF' in the description box and click the Go button.

The 'IF' function is found and selected so click OK. In the Logical Test box enter your Logical Test or condition, press the tab key and enter the True value in the 'Value if True' field, tab again to the 'Value if false' field and enter the false value.

Then click OK.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
