How can I extract data from a list

Hi Maryouan,

Thank you for your question.

You can extract data from an Excel list by using Autofilter.

To access this feature, go to Data - Autofilter.

Filter buttons will appear alongside your column headings and you can use these to filter data.

Excel tip:

Removing border lines on the keyboard

Highlight your cell(s) that have boreders on them and press CTRL + SHIFT + _, this will then remove the border lines.
