how do you print project schedules without them taking up lots of paper in the printer?

Hi Emma
Thanks for your question. There are a couple of things you can try to do. From File > Page setup you can set your project to print x pages wide by y pages tall. You might also want to go to the Page tab and tell Project to not print blank pages. If you are still having problems you might also want to remove the tick from Fit timescale to end of page and re-zoom the timescale to a level that suits your requirements (View > Zoom).
