How to format cells

RE: Microsoft Excel

Hi Andrey

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

To format cells, you need to select the cells you wish to format first.

Then go to Format - Cells (or right-click on the cells you have highlighted and select Format cells from the menu).

You can change number formats, alignment or add shading (colour) or borders to cells from the Format Cells dialogue box.

There are also buttons on the Formatting toolbar which you can use for font formatting, alignment, and selected number formatting options.

I hope this helps.
Amanda
