Calendars
I have my calendar set to the standard base setting, I type in "1 day" but when I look back at it, it keeps saying "0.94 days" instead.
Please can you let me know what I can do to recitify this.
Thanks.
RE: Calendars
Hi Calire
Thank you for your question
This is most likely caused by one of the following:
1. The calendar settings found in Tools-Options- Calendar do not match the settings specified in your standard base calendar. Make sure that the day start and end times, together with hours per day and hours per week match
2. If you have resources allocated to the task and one of the resources' calendars differes from the standard calendar then this too will change the duration of the task as the individual resource calendar overides the standard project calendar.
3. You specified a duration for the task, and then changed the base calendar. This too could cause discrepencies in duration.
Hope one of the above proves helpful, if not please let me know so I can explore other avenues
Regards
Stephen
