How do you do a percentage forumalar?

Thank you for your question regarding Percentage formulas.
To create a percentage formula, simply do the following:
- Enter a value in a cell that is a decimal (eg. 0.04).
- Format the cell, using the Percentage button on the formatting toolbar.
OR
1.Select the cell or range (range: Two or more cells on a sheet. The cells in a range can be adjacent or nonadjacent.) of cells that you want to format.
2.On the Format menu, click Cells.
3.On the Number tab, click Percentage in the Category list.
4.In the Decimal places box, enter the number of decimal places that you want to display
