Hi Sharan,
All the different options that relate to the formatting of graphs can be found under the Chart and Options (when you are in a graph) Do not forget the shortcut to create a graph is F11, when in the data.

Excel tip:Creating Quick Column ChartsSelect the information you want to appear in the chart and press F11. This creates a new chart on a seperate worksheet. |
