How do I copy the same print settings to several tabs in the same worksheet?

RE: Printing

Hi Marthie, thank you for your post, in answer to your question, this operation cannot be accomplished by using the File>Print Area command, what you need to do is to group your worsheets, select the area you wish to print and then go to File>Print, in the Print dialog box, choose the option Selection and then click Preview, you will see that each sheet is shown on a separate page and the selected area only is displayed. You can now return to the Print dialog box and print as necessary, I hope that has helped, best regards Pete.

Excel tip:

Printing spreadsheets without opening them first

Here's a fast way of printing a spreadsheet from Windows Explorer/My Computer.

Go to the location where the spreadsheet is saved on your computer, then right-click on the icon next to the document and select Print from the menu.

The spreadsheet will automatically open, print and close itself.
